"Went to a party on the weekend, had a great time, but totally slipped up and had a couple of ciggies. My partner was so mad - she wouldn’t look at me while I was smoking. Haven’t felt like one since, but yeah….. how do you stop even having 1 at a party? Any tips anyone?"

Great idea! Maybe get your partner to provide cards of things they will do (wash dishes, foot massage, cook dinner etc) and get external rewards as well!

"Decided that I’d do a quick exercise (squats, sit ups etc) each time I got a bad craving. Made me get over the cravings more quickly!!! (And yeah, I did do a little bit more exercise). Beats eating my way through them! "
